个人简介
Carlos A. Duque (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), Juiz de Fora, Brazil, in 1986, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1990 and 1997, respectively. Since 1989, he has been a Professor with Electrical Engineering Faculty, UFJF. He was a Visiting Researcher with the Centre for Advanced Power Systems, Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL, USA. He is currently the Head of the Research Group of Signal Processing Applied to Power Systems, UFJF, and an Associate Researcher of the Brazil National Institute of Energy. He is Author of the book Signal Processing for Smart Grids. His research interests include signal processing for power systems including power-quality, time-varying harmonic, harmonic synchrophasor estimation, among others.
