个人简介
Caleb Kemere (S’00–M’06) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA.
He was a Sloan Swartz Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Keck Center for Integrative Neuroscience, UCSF. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Rice University, Houston, TX, USA, and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Neuroscience with the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, USA. He joined Rice University in 2012, where his lab develops novel technologies and machine learning tools related to understanding how large populations of neurons work together in the brain of awake, behaving animals.
Dr. Kemere is a member of the Society for Neuroscience. He was a recipient of the HFSP Young Investigator Award, the NSF CAREER Award, and the Helen Hay Whitney Fellowship.
