    【要点】：本研究探讨了波兰青少年性启蒙年龄的影响因素，发现使用精神活性物质是主要预测因素，同时性别、生活方式和家庭、学校及社会环境因素对性启蒙年龄有不同程度的影响。
    

    【方法】：采用Cox比例风险模型分析3296名15-17岁波兰青少年在国际学校年龄儿童健康行为调查（HBSC）2018年数据中的性启蒙年龄与多种相关因素的关系。
    

    【实验】：通过HBSC调查收集数据，使用Cox比例风险模型分析得出频繁使用精神活性物质会显著降低性启蒙年龄，性别影响不显著，但不同性别的影响因素有所不同，如男性青少年的身体活动和社会交往频率，女性青少年的自我外貌评价、学业表现和家庭支持等。
