Cyber Attack Prevention Method for Enhanced Privacy of Patients Digital Healthcare Data in Smart Hospitals

As the healthcare sector continues to become more digital, the security and protection of sensitive data has become a key concern. This article presents an innovative approach to securely identify anonymous employees and patients in smart hospitals by implementing robust security measures. A two-factor authentication process using One Time Password (OTP) and CAPTCHA is integrated into the proposed system. This reduces the potential risk of unauthorized access and prevents anonymous users from spamming the registry. To increase the security of stored credentials, password encryption techniques are implemented to convert sensitive information into an unreadable format. This ensures the confidentiality of passwords stored in the database. Additionally, the proposed system provides an export feature that allows authorized personnel to access and securely transfer the information. This feature is implemented using strict access controls and encryption protocols. In this model, selected sensitive data is also hidden from administrators. This research contributes to ongoing efforts to improve digital security and provides a model that can be adapted and implemented in healthcare systems to maintain data integrity and privacy. A model that emphasizes the balance between safety and ease of use.
