Vibration Analysis of Grain-oriented Silicon Steel Sheet PMLSMs Considering Material Anisotropy

PMLSM (Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor) is the critical driving component for high-precision equipment. Reducing the vibration of PMLSM contributes to improving the operational performance of the equipment. The use of grain-oriented silicon steel demonstrates promising for reducing vibrations in PMLSM. However, vibration calculation methods for grain-oriented silicon steel PMLSM are currently lacking. In this paper, anisotropic material model and electromagnetic model are established to solve and analyze the electromagnetic field and magnetostriction vibration of grain-oriented silicon steel PMLSM. Vibration measurement experiments are conducted on grain-oriented silicon steel PMLSM. The experimental results show the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method. The research work demonstrates the effectiveness of grain-oriented silicon steel sheets in vibration reduction for PMLSM.
