Abstract
The invention relates to a fruit jelly capable of relieving asthenopia, comprising 0.1-15wt% of L-arabinose, 0-0.001wt% of vitamin A, 0.0001-0.0003wt% of xanthophylls, 0-0.01wt% of zinc element and 0.1-30wt% of filler and/or flavouring additive, and the balance of water. The invention realizes ice cream fruit jelly capable of relieving asthenopia in the prior art, and conventional substances for producing fruit jelly are adopted, thus solving the technical problems that the effect for reliving asthenopia of the fruit jelly ice cream is limited and commodity value is reduced, thereby being a fruit jelly which can effectively relieve asthenopia and has good taste.
