S4. DFO-conjugated anti-EMP2 mAb characteristics. A. Analysis of the various anti-EMP2−DFO conjugates using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) showing changes in the migration of the intact antibody. B. Analysis of the various anti-EMP2−DFO conjugates to the EMP2 peptide or a non-specific peptide by ELISA. C. Predicted number of chelators per mAb based on MALDI-TOF analysis. Changes in the molecular weight of the native antibody (~150kD) are attributed to modification with the various molar equivalents of DFO.
