The VASCADE MVP Venous Vascular Closure System (VCS) device (Cardiva Medical, Santa Clara, CA) is indicated for percutaneous closure of femoral venous access sites while reducing time to ambulation, time to hemostasis, and time to discharge in patients undergoing catheter-based interventions with single or multiple access sites (15 Fr maximum outer diameter).
