摘要
The associations between opioid use disorder (OUD) and pain are complex and multifaceted. Long-term use of opioids for pain can increase the risk of developing OUD and can alter perception and sensitivity to pain. Likewise, chronic pain is a significant risk for OUD relapse. Understanding the neurobiology of pain in OUD may provide new targets for eventual interventions. We investigated functional connectivity patterns associated with self-reported pain measures in individuals with OUD.
