Abstract
Einleitung Liquid Biopsies gewinnen an Relevanz für die Früherkennung, Therapie und Tumornachsorge. Die Analyse von cfDNA ist aussichtsreich, hat aber bisher kosten- und technikbedingt kaum klinische Anwendung gefunden. In der Studie wird die cfDNA-Methylierung bei HNSCC mit der neuen Technik reduced representation bisulfite sequencing untersucht.
