Prevalence of Actionable Molecular Alterations in Salivary Gland Cancer – A Clinical Study on Targeted Therapy Options for a Highly Malignant Cancer Entity
95th Annual Meeting German Society of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery e V, Bonn Laryngo-Rhino-Otologie(2024)
摘要
Introduction Salivary gland carcinomas (SGC) are a highly heterogeneous group of human malignant tumors. Therapeutic options include surgical resection with adjuvant (chemo)radiotherapy as well as primary chemoradiation in advanced cases. However, disease recurrence or metastasis is frequently observed and no effective systemic therapies are currently available for RM-SGC.
