摘要
Indonesia, facing a high susceptibility to natural disasters, has embarked on the development of its Earth observation satellites, ranging from LAPAN-A1 to the upcoming LAPAN-A4 (tentative name). Given the nation's need for disaster mitigation tools, the forthcoming satellite generation aims to generate stereo image data. Such data is instrumental in constructing Digital Surface Models (DSMs), providing insights into Earth's surface shape for modeling disasters like floods, land subsidence, and landslides. The precision of the resulting DSM relies on the image matching algorithm and image orientation, influenced by the sensor model. Two prevalent sensor models, the physical or rigorous model and the generalized model, govern imaging geometry. Notably, the Rational Function Model (RFM) has gained prominence among generalized models due to its superior accuracy compared to rigorous counterparts. This paper delves into the study and proposal of a generalized sensor model for the application to stereo optical image data from the line scan imager (pushbroom) of the next generation of Indonesian satellites.
