SERS Detection of Rhodamine-6G on Au/V2O5/Au under Ion Irradiation
NUCLEAR INSTRUMENTS & METHODS IN PHYSICS RESEARCH SECTION B-BEAM INTERACTIONS WITH MATERIALS AND ATOMS(2024)
摘要
This study explores the detection of rhodamine-6G (R6G) using Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) on Au/V2O5/Au multilayers deposited on glass substrates. The V2O5 layers, with thicknesses of 10 nm and 5 nm, were thermally evaporated and subsequently exposed to 10 keV Ar+ ion beams at varying fluences, resulting in the formation of gold nanostructures (Au-NS) through ion beam sputtering and diffusion. Rutherford Backscattering Spectrometry (RBS) confirmed the elemental composition and oxide layer thickness. Correlations were observed between the root mean square (rms) roughness, water contact angle, and R6G detection efficiency, elucidating the underlying mechanisms of SERS chemical detection.
