Unravelling Visible and X-Ray Interferometry Data: The TNT Code

摘要
We present TNT, a code designed to postprocess and analyze interferometry images. TNT works by detecting the main peaks in the Fourier spectra of the interferograms, and separating the periodic and non-periodic features [1]. By doing this, TNT retrieves transmission, dark field and phase shift images. In its current version, TNT also implements phase-stepping analysis capabilities, which has been shown to significantly reduce the errors appearing from the Fourier analysis.
