Fabrication of a Room-Temperature NO2 Gas Sensor with High Performance at the Ppb Level Using an Rgo/biocl Heterostructure

Fabricated a novel rGO/BiOCl heterojunction based NO2 sensor. It shows fast response and recovery of 9 s and 21 s, respectively, at room temperature. It shows a higher response (∼3.78 times) even at lower concentrations of NO2 gas.
