Highly Effective Near-Infrared Light-Activatable Triplet Fusion Upconversion with BODIPY Annihilators: Triplet Modulation via Non-conjugated n–π Spatial Electron Coupling In article number 2301879, Lin-Han Jiang, Ling Huang, Dai-Wen Pang, and co-workers develop the non-conjugated n–π spatial electronic coupling strategy to modulate the triplet state of BODIPY without π-conjugation extension and form triplet excited-state equilibrium with the sensitizer PtTNP. The system exhibits efficient near-infrared light-excitable triplet fusion upconversion in solution and air-stable solid-state material.
