Direct Posterior Esthetic Adhesive Odontal Restorations

This article presents the direct esthetic restorations cha­rac­te­ris­tics using adhesive materials in the posterior area. The adhe­sive materials, the different types of modified cavities, the special aspects of their outline, walls, internal angles and external edges are presented, so that they benefit from the corresponding properties of the used materials. Aspects of the adhesive work technique, such as dam isolation or the use of modern coronal conformation systems, are also discussed.
