Multiple Mixed Distributed Generator Placements in Primary Distribution System based upon Loss Sensitivity Factor and Successive Placement

摘要
This paper proposes mixed multiple distributed generator placements using the methodologies of successive and simultaneous-successive placements of distributed generators (DGs). Placement of three types of distributed generators is proposed in this paper. These distributed generators are Type 1 generators, Type 2 generators and Type 3 generators. Type 1 distributed generators are responsible to supply only the real power, Type 2 DGs, only the reactive power and Type 3 distributed generators are responsible to supply the real and reactive power both, i.e. the apparent power. The work presented in this paper proposes the optimal placement of mixed multiple distributed generators with two cases, the one is Type 1 generators followed by Type 2 generators placement and the second is Type 3 generators followed by Type 2 generators placements. A significant amount of loss reduction is obtained in both the cases with second being more efficient in loss reduction.
