A Research on Carbon Power Market Synergy Strategy Based on Electricity Trading Flow

Clarifying the relationship between power market and carbon market is an important starting point for deepening the reform of power market and realizing the goal of “double carbon”. Based on the electricity transaction flow, this paper studies the carbon trading mechanism and quota allocation scheme of power industry, analyzes the direct or indirect coupling influence mechanism of power market and carbon market and their correlation through grey correlation, establishes the electricity spot market model under the carbon market environment, analyzes the mechanism of electricity spot market and the marginal cost of short-term operation of units, and sets up different scenarios to analyze the objective functions and constraints of power generation enterprises and power economic dispatch, and uses the unified clearing mechanism to clear the electricity spot market. It is found that the power supply cost of units increases significantly after carbon emission cost is included, and the carbon price needs to exceed a certain threshold to make low-emission units clear first, so as to achieve the effect of system emission reduction, which provides reference for the realization of the Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. As a result, the LSTM method provided MAPE, MAE, and Error with values of 1.31, 1.05, and 0.22, that the LSTM provided less errors compared with state-of-the-art-methods.
