Modeling of a Decentralized System for Maintenance of Production Equipment Based on Transport Robots

The work describes the principle of organizing the maintenance process of production equipment at a modern enterprise based on transport robots. Based on the analysis, the principle of organizing the movement of intelligent autonomous mobile robots is proposed, which combines the principle of a dedicated lane for the movement of transport robots and a grid of reference points through which the paths of many possible trajectories can be laid. The structure of the software that simulates the work of robotic production using autonomous mobile robots is described. The program is built according to the principles of a multi-agent system, where each mobile robot is represented as an independent software agent. Algorithms of the software tool are described. Examples of the results of modeling the behavior of software robots are provided. The results of experimental studies are presented.
