摘要
In this study, we successfully created a microwave absorbing materials with honeycomb network structured using mangosteen shells. This was achieved by regulating the ratio of KOH to precursors during a one-step carbonization process. The morphological optimization of biomass carbon was facilitated by this research, which also investigated its microwave absorption performance. Samples obtained at 700 degrees C using a 1:2 activated agent ratio showed superior performance in terms of microwave absorption. At a thickness of 1.94 mm, the optimal sample exhibits a minimum reflection loss of -52.7 dB and a maximum effective absorption bandwidth of 2.32 GHz. The findings demonstrate that the activating impact of KOH can significantly enhance the pore structure of carbon materials, hence improving their microwave absorption performance. This study offers a costefficient and effective approach to produce lightweight and high -performing microwave absorbing materials.
