Development of a potent recombinant scFv antibody against the SARS-CoV-2 by in-depth bioinformatics study: Paving the way for vaccine/diagnostics development

•The SARS-CoV-2 Spike is the main determinant of virus neutralization.•RBD has multiple epitopes to induce immune responses.•We screened hit structures of the complexed antibody-spike from the PDB databank.•Any interactions did not predict between the RBD hotspot residues-final antibody.•The final scFv showed good properties according to bioinformatics analyses.
