摘要
Objective To investigate the prognostic value of serum and urine β2 microglobulin(β2-MG) levels in patients with acute leukemia. Methods The serum and urine β2-MG levels at diagnosis, remission and relapse of 95 patients were retrospectively analyzed, and their relationship with efficacy and prognosis was explored. Results There was no difference in the serum and urine β2-MG levels between patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML) and those with acute lymphatic leukemia(ALL)(P0.05).There were significant differences between the serum and urine β2-MG levels at diagnosis and those at remission, and between those at relapse and those at remission(P0.05). However, there was no significant difference between those at diagnosis and those at relapse(P0.05).There were significant differences in the serum and urine β2-MG levels among those with different ages and chromosome karyotypes(P0.05),while this was not the case between the two genders(P0.05).Higher complete remission rate and longer survival term were found in those with lower β2-MG levels. Conclusion β2-MG level is a valuable prognostic indicator for the prognosis of actue leukemia.
