Postchemotherapy Retroperitoneal Lumpectomy in Patients with Nonseminoma Testicular Cancer: A Nationwide Study

Our study results demonstrate that retroperitoneal lumpectomy can be a safe and viable treatment option following chemotherapy for disseminated nonseminoma, with a low rate of major postoperative complications and a 10-yr cumulative recurrence rate of just 5.9% for recurrence inside the surgical template.
