Serum CYFRA21–1 and SCC-Ag Levels in Women During Pregnancy and Their Diagnostic Value for Cervical Cancer

•CYFRA21–1 and SCC-Ag levels were significantly different during pregnancy compared to non-pregnancy.•Both indicators were not significantly different only in mid-pregnancy compared to non-pregnant women.•Two indicators have good diagnostic value for cervical cancer during pregnancy.•Combined diagnosis of the two is more valuable in the diagnosis of cervical cancer during pregnancy.
