Abstract
低碳水化合物饮食(LCD)作为1型糖尿病(T1DM)的辅助疗法，在近几年备受关注，但其确切的有效性和安全性尚无定论。有限的文献报道了LCD对控制T1DM患者血糖及其并发症，调节肠道菌群与自身免疫有重要作用。本文从LCD模式对血糖的控制、不良反应以及对肠道菌群调节等方面阐述了近年来与LCD相关的T1DM医学营养治疗的研究进展。
