Abstract
为探究通过喷施外源性激素吲哚乙酸(IAA)、油菜素内酯(BR)对烤烟中部叶生理酶活性及颜色参数等耐熟性指标的影响,以云烟87为试验材料,于打顶当天叶面喷施IAA和BR(T1:10 mg/kg BR;T2:20 mg/kg IAA;T3:10 mg/kg BR+20 mg/kg IAA),以喷施清水为对照(CK),分析不同处理对烤烟中部叶叶绿素含量(以SPAD值计)、烟叶抗氧化酶(SOD、POD)活性、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及颜色参数的影响.结果表明,打顶后30 d,相较于CK,T3处理可显著提升SPAD值(32.9%)和可溶性蛋白含量(26.9%),增强POD(23.0%)和SOD(31.1%)活性,降低烟叶MDA(10.7%)含量.T3处理烟叶颜色参数L*(4.3%)、a*(25.5%)、b*(5.7%)和C*(6.2%)显著低于CK,H*(2.8%)显著高于CK.与单独喷施IAA和BR的处理相比,处理为10 mg/kg BR+20 mg/kg IAA的综合喷施对提升烟叶耐熟性的效果更好.
