Analysis and Research on the Energy-carbon Flow in the Source-grid-load of Enterprises with Coal-fired Self-owned Power Plant

摘要
In order to help high-energy-consuming enterprises with coal-fired self-owned power plants improve their energy conservation and carbon reduction efforts, this paper analyzes the circulation relationships of energy flow, carbon material flow, and carbon emission flow in the process of energy production and use at the enterprises. By analyzing the typical energy structure and consumption of these enterprises, the energy-carbon flow analysis model and Sankey structure diagram of such enterprises are constructed, and the relevant methods for calculating the energy flow and carbon flow data are proposed. Finally, using an aluminum electrolysis enterprise as an example, its energy-carbon flow model and Sankey diagram are created. By looking at the image and comparing the carbon emission intensity data, suggestions are provided for energy conservation and carbon reduction.
