摘要
Supplementary Figure 4: Pik3caH1047R heterozygous oncogenic mutation causes p110alpha-dependent prostate cancer. Representative H&E images (scale bar: 100 um) for Pik3ca+/HR and Ptenfl/fl dorsolateral prostate and histograms displaying phenotype incidence for anterior (B) and ventral (C) prostate lobes from Pik3ca+/HR and Ptenfl/fl mice treated with vehicle, p110alphaï¡inhibitor (A66), p110beta inhibitor (TGX-221), pan-PI3K inhibitor (BKM120) or A66 + TGX-221 for 4 weeks. ND = not done. A66 and TGX-221 were generated in house by P.R.S. (University of Auckland, New Zealand) (14) and BKM120 was obtained from SYNkinase (Australia).
