P1.28-08 Definition of Resectable Stage III Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: A Systematic Review from EORTC Lung Cancer Group
Journal of thoracic oncology(2023)
摘要
Stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a heterogenous disease including small to large tumours, infiltration of major thoracic cavity/cardiovascular anatomical structures and variable nodal involvement. The therapeutic landscape is currently undergoing a major shift from adjuvant to a neoadjuvant treatment approach. Surgery plays an important role in stage III NSCLC, however rules to guide resectability are not well defined. As part of an EORTC lung cancer group (LCG) initiative to reach a uniform definition of resectable stage III NSCLC, we conducted a systematic review of the literature from 2007-2023.
