EP08.01-01 Subtyping EGFR-mutated NSCLC Patients with Adjuvant TKIs or Chemotherapy Using Deep Radiomic Signatures

Some patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations may not benefit from commonly-used adjuvant EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKIs). Computed tomography (CT) is a standard technology in the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) diagnosis. A radiomic-based method to identify patient subgroups with different TKI or chemotherapy outcomes would benefit NSCLC treatment.
