P2.09-01 A Large Asian Real-World EGFR exon 20Insertion Mutated NSCLC Dataset with Deep Genomic Characterization

EGFR exon 20 insertion (ex20ins) mutated NSCLC is associated with poor response to targeted therapies with activity against ‘classical’ EGFR mutations. Recently, novel therapies (amivantamab and mobocertinib) have demonstrated modest clinical activity and received regulatory approval. However, there remain limited in-depth studies on the clinicopathologic and genomic characterization of EGFR ex20ins mutated NSCLC in Asia.
