Pancreatic cancer, like other cancer types, increases the risk of morbidity and mortality with age. Elderly patients often have less performance status and reduced organ function, and treating physicians may be bothered about eligibility for chemotherapy. The efficacy and safety of gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel therapy (GnP) in the elderly is not well informed.
