Ziel/Aim Tau and 18 kDa translocator protein (TSPO) PET signals progress jointly during the continuum of neurodegenerative diseases. However, it remains unclear if increasing TSPO PET signals dominantly reflect activated microglia or reactive astrocytes. Hence, we aimed to allocate TSPO PET signal increases in a tauopathy mouse model at cellular resolution using scRadiotracing.
