A Magnetically and Electrically Powered Hybrid Micromotor in Conductive Solutions: Synergistic Propulsion Effects and Label‐Free Cargo Transport and Sensing (adv. Sci. 8/2023)
Advanced science(2023)
摘要
Hybrid Micromotor In article number 2204931 by Gilad Yossifon and co-workers, a hybrid Janus particle micromotor for label-free manipulation of biological cargos in conductive near-physiological solutions is investigated. Combining rotating magnetic fields and alternating current electric fields results in synergistic propulsion and steering effects, improved cargo transport, and the sensing of cell's apoptotic state. This hybrid micromotor-based approach opens new opportunities in single cell analysis.
