摘要
Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) are electric fields that disrupt cellular processes critical for cancer cell viability and tumor progression, ultimately leading to cell death. The effect of TTFields is mediated through versatile mechanisms, including: anti-mitotic effects, downregulation of DNA repair and replication fork stability, and induction of immunogenic cell death. In the current research we aimed to identify responses to TTFields that are common across cancer types by integrating whole transcriptome analyses of cells from various tumor types.
