Research Progress of NAC Transcription Factor Family in Plant Stress Resistance

NAC (NAM, ATAF1/2 and CUC2) transcription factor family is one of the largest transcription factor families in plant genome.NAC transcription factors have a variety of biological functions and play an important role in plant growth and development, plant hormone signal transduction and resistance to stress.This paper mainly reviews the role of NAC transcription factors in plant growth and development and their resistance to abiotic stresses such as drought, high salt and heavy metals, and provides a reference for future research on the resistance of NAC transcription factors.
