Skin and papilloma samples from Cox-2fl/fl and Cox-2deltaE littermate mice taken 18 hours after the last TPA treatment of the DMBA/TPA tumor induction protocol were immunostained for Cleaved-Caspase 3. Arrows indicate apoptotic cells.
