Starting in January 2020, a unique mentoring program approach was implemented to facilitate the pursuit of co-curricular opportunities for undergraduates. The personalized structure of the program’s approach allowed mentors to follow up in “real-time” to help the participants successfully navigate and manage the changes caused by the pandemic to their awarded opportunities.
