摘要

•The HTC between α-MoO3 films along different crystal directions is studied.•The HTC and MC are strongly related to the crystal direction.•The excitation and mismatch of HPhPs can explain the underlying physical mechanism.•This work paves novel way to design non-contact thermal modulators based on HMs.
