Abstract
The KHS-15000 /75 rectifier power supply is introduced,which is of steady-current type with 15 kA /75 V DC output.The main circuit consists of dual rectifiers controlled by two CPUs.The control system adopts 16-bit singlechip 80C196KC and the digital trigger adopts 8-bit singlechip 89C51.The communication between them is via a parallel interface.The modularized design is applied for its monitoring software and the flowcharts of master control,initialization,self-diagnosis and automatic voltage regulation are presented.Solutions are proposed to the key technical points:digital trigger,self-diagnosis,fault identification and protection.
