摘要

•We report on the molecular and genetic alterations identified in a case of skin mucinous carcinoma.•The lesion presented with somatic genetic features similar to those observed in ER-positive breast cancer.•Our findings further support the notion that skin and breast mucinous carcinomas are related entities.
