摘要
Abstract The stable operation of natural gas downhole drilling and production equipment is an important guarantee for the gradual transition to sustainable energy in the future. Since the equipment is in the environment of high-pressure natural gas impact, continuous change of gas pressure, and sand-gas mixing, it has higher requirements on reliability. Therefore, in the conceptual design stage, how to complete the solution process from requirement constraints to scheme configuration, and design high-reliability downhole equipment is an important part. New challenges are presented in the designer’s understanding of equipment functions and constraints and completing functional knowledge configuration when designing such stable-performance equipment. To solve this problem, a requirement function knowledge deployment (RFKD) model for equipment conceptual design is extended. Through this model, the conflicts faced by the main function of the equipment are obtained and solved, and the knowledge constraint rules that more accurately match the main function are proposed. The other functions of the equipment are standardized and decomposed into sub-functions, and the structured design knowledge is matched with the sub-functions through function-structure. The feature-knowledge mapping method is extended on the RFKD model. In this paper, the extended model is validated through a conceptual design of a multi-stage downhole throttle that can accommodate large pressure differences.
