A Research on CSR-DCF Tracking Algorithm Based on YOLO Detection

A new algorithm for target tracking has been proposed, which combines the YOLO object detection algorithm with the CSR-DCF tracking algorithm. It includes an added self-attention mechanism to address the problem of losing targets during tracking in the DCF algorithm. For practical tracking, a closed-loop control strategy is adopted, using the YOLO algorithm to detect targets and form a tracking closed loop to re-track lost targets. This algorithm demonstrates excellent performance compared to traditional CSR-DCF and DCF target tracking algorithms, with good tracking results, real-time performance, and the ability to re-track lost targets.
