Automation In Areca Leaf Plate Manufacturing Industry

The areca nut leaf plate is obtained from the areca nut palm which is having variations in shape, structure, and thickness. The effect of plastic materials on the earth is well known to all people, and to reduce the usage of plastics in plate manufacturing areca leaf plate is introduced. Areca leaf is agricultural biomass that can be decomposed when it is disposed of. So, the demand for areca leaf plate is increased in recent times, so production should be increased. The currently used procedures take more time, demand more labor, and are not totally automated. For the production of plates from areca palm leaf plates, effective, high-performance, and user-friendly automated equipment has been developed. The Arduino UNO and Servo motor is used to automate the directional valve that is proposed. So, the productivity of plate manufacturing is increased.
