Electromagnetic Shielding for CO2 Laser of Dispersion Interferometer on EAST

摘要
The electromagnetic field environment in the Experimental and Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) experiment hall is very complex. Especially during plasma discharges, the infrared continuous-wave 9.3 μm CO 2 laser source of the dispersive interferometer (DI) system [1] installed in the EAST experiment hall will be disturbed. Therefore, it is important to design a set of electromagnetic shielding device for the CO 2 laser source. The electromagnetic shielding device has been designed. After testing, it has made an electromagnetic field shielding effect. During the plasma discharge of EAST, the data shows good consistency with the result measured by far-infrared HCN interferometer.
