Guided Waves Propagation in Multilayered Piezoelectric Waveguide with Electrodes Connected Via Electrical Circuit

The paper presents an extended boundary integral equation method for simulating elastic guided wave excitation and propagation in a multi-layered piezo-electric laminate with two electrodes connected via an electrical circuit with capacitor and inductor. The presented semi-analytical method provides an efficient tool for a comprehensive parametric analysis of the influence of electrical impedance on guided wave propagation through the zone with connected electrodes.
