Abstract
为实现以铝代铜在高压交联电缆领域中的应用,并解决多股绞合的铝分割导体在接头处发生蠕变变形的现象,研究了一种实心分割铝合金导体的高压电缆.通过对实心分割铝合金导体的结构设计、产品工艺技术研究、工艺装备研究、产品性能研究及试验分析,结果表明,实心分割铝合金导体高压电缆的导体电阻相对偏差均在±0.5％以内.
