Strukturmonitoring erlaubt die Erfassung des tatsachlichen Tragverhaltens von Ingenieurbauwerken und ermoglicht deren realitatsnahe Beurteilung und uberwachung. Zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung eines Strukturmonitorings mussen verschiedene technische und organisatorische Aspekte berucksichtigt werden. Diese beinhalten die Vorbereitung und Konzeptionierung des Monitorings, die Kalibrierung und Validierung der Messungen, die Inbetriebnahme und den Betrieb des Messsystems sowie die Datenauswertung und -analyse. Diese Aspekte werden anhand von Erfahrungen aus Forschung und Praxis aufgezeigt und die entsprechende Umsetzung erlautert. Mit vier Anwendungsbeispielen werden die Einsatzmoglichkeiten von Strukturmonitoring prasentiert.
