Leiomyosarcoma and liposarcoma in young patients: The national netsarc+ network experience

•Leïomyosarcoma and liposarcoma are ultra-rare sarcomas in children and young adults.•Clinical presentation and behavior are similar in children and young adults.•Leïomyosarcoma and liposarcoma are never metastatic disease at diagnosis in children.•The same therapeutic strategies should be considered for both populations.
